Christopher T. Frederick
Chris serves as a key advisor and works collaboratively with PDC leadership and stakeholders to assure a successful and stable financial future for the practice. Chris provides financial planning of new initiatives to optimize resources in support of the PDC’s mission and strategic priorities. His responsibilities include oversight and management of the finance and accounting offices, reimbursement, revenue management, managed care contracting and real estate transactions. He also has primary responsibility for the development and implementation of the annual operating budget of approximately $1 billion.
